Cheesy Jalapeño Rolls

Ingredients:
One bag of Trader Joe's pizza dough- or your favorite pizza dough
1/2 stick melted butter
1 cup (approx.) shredded cheese (I used cheddar and Monterey jack)
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced with no seeds

1. Allow your dough to rise until it's doubled in size. (This is Trader Joe's Garlic and Herb)

2. On a lightly floured surface, roll your dough out into a rectangle.

3. Spread melted butter over the entire surface. Top with cheese and jalapeños.

4. Roll the dough up long ways. You can use a knife to slice it into 1/2 inch sections but I've found it's easier to wrap a string around it and pull the ends in opposite directions.

5. Place the rolls in an ungreased casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for about 20 minutes.

6. Uncover and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
